About Adler

We believe that reflection will create wisdom, and wisdom drives innovation. As a group of executives, entrepreneurs and founders - we’ve seen what makes people successful and it starts with insight. With the right tools, every manager can become a leader, and every leader can be great.

Because of this belief, we created Adler to take advantage of the many innovations in modern psychology to help people see what we see in themselves and others. We hope you enjoy the fruit of our efforts, and get back to us with feedback to improve ourselves, and make new opportunities for people like you.

“Most current social science is based on either analysis of laboratory phenomena or on surveys.  These approaches don’t account for the complexities of real-life when all of our mental quirks operate at the same time.”

— Alex Pentland, MIT
